Our fun classes are taught by KIDZERCISE coaches who make exercising "Exerciting". We bring lots of bright equipment right to your center to keep the classes interesting and enjoyable. This exciting program brings fun and fitness together in a 30-minute class that has a theme related to safety and health. Our classes include great music and stamps for all of the kids.

Our program is designed to teach children the joys and benefits of physical activity and healthy nutrition in a fun and non-competitive environment. With emphasis on exercise and good food choices, our curriculum covers virtually every wellness issue such as self-esteem, safety and hygiene.
